All ripe puer comes from southern Yunnan Province, China. It starts out as raw puer, but then goes through a final step of “pile fermentation” where they pile it up, apply moisture, and cover it for a period of time to achieve microbiological change. The result is intensely earthy, smooth, and cannot be over-steeped. This is a great vegan tea.

Formosa Oolong is a type of Taiwanese oolong tea, known for its toasty flavor and brown color. It's characterized by a balanced taste, often described as having notes of nuts, peaches, and roasted carrots. The tea is typically oxidized to about 75%, making it darker than many other oolong varieties.

Baihao Yinzhen, also known as Silver Needle, is a prized white tea from China's Fujian Province. It's made from hand-picked, single tea buds from the first harvest, and is considered the highest grade of white tea. The tea is known for its delicate taste, smooth flavor, and floral aroma. Baihao Yinzhen is light in caffeine and has a silvery green color. The quality of the tea depends on the processing and growing location.
