Kava Colorado LLC. strives for superior customer service as well as ensuring that all orders go out in a timely fashion. We also know that during shipping, things happen that are beyond our control. Please know that we are willing to work with you to accommodate those misshaps. But please read the following to ensure that we reach your needs as fast as possible.

Can I return/exchange an item? If so, how?

Kava Colorado LLC will correct any error made on our end. If an item needs to be returned or exchanged for whatever reason, you MUST have the paper copy of the invoice and send a picture of it via email, messenger, or text within 30 days of receiving the order. We will correct our error and provide you with a Return Shipping Label and Priority Mail envelope along with the correct product ordered. NO exchanges, returns or refunds will be honored without us seeing a copy of the paper invoice as well as a picture of the wrong item(s) received. Any returned item must be unopened. If a product is opened, judgments on returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if any of those terms are not met.

NO exchanges or refunds for opened products because they simply do not work for you. We do not offer refunds for sales codes, promotions, or points that may have been missed, as our sales/points cannot be applied retroactively. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because you no longer want the order. 

Cancellation fee: If, for any reason an order needs to be cancelled before shipment, there is a $10 cancellation processing fee.
